I forgot to mention that another reason I volunteered to present was because the school had no honorarium for the presenter. Many people I know are professionals who do this kind of thing as their livilhood so knowing this would be a 'volunteer' gig, I did not contact anyone.
My thank you from the school, besides heartfelt gratitude, was the hand made card from the students which I photographed, plus two Tim Horton's card's at 5.00 each. It was a nice gesture.
